Bianchi Infinito Campagnolo Athena 11sp Compact, Long Distance Road Bicycle, 2011 As the name suggests the Infinito is intended to signify a bicycle without limits. A bike that will go on relentlessly, mile after mile.A perfect addition to Bianchi's Coast to Coast collection, the Infinito is a development of the popular Via Nirone model and builds on the relaxed and open road geometry with improved ergonomics in the geometry and upgraded materials technology in the frame itself. The slightly less compact wheelbase and taller head tube compared to the Via Nirone bikes makes this Bianchi's most comfortable drop bar bike and perfect for covering long distances at speed in ergo comfort. The use of BAT carbon nano technogogy and K-Vid kevlar inserts combine to keep the weight low and the comfortable vibration damping at an optimum.In other words The Infinito is a lot like the excellent Via Nirone, but made a bit better for 2010.
